Mindfulness is a core piece of the programs Insight Endurance offers as part of its coaching packages for endurance athletes, and it is also available as a stand-alone service, as a workshop or presentation, and in individual and group contexts. 

Ian is a Level 2 Mindfulness Coach in Shinzen Young’s Unified Mindfulness system, and studies also with George Mumford. He has worked with athletes, musicians, performers, and everyday people from all walks of life, and has presented on mindfulness to hundreds of attendees at the Unified Mindfulness Immersion virtual meditation retreat.
